OUR PROCESS · THE CRAFTSMAN METHOD
Hiring a painter should not feel like a gamble. This is the exact method behind every Leone Brothers project, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and it is the reason our work carries 65+ five-star reviews
Vague quotes that grow after the work starts. Crews you never met and can’t reach. Paint that looks great for one season. Calls that stop being returned the day the check clears. Every homeowner in Oakland County knows someone with one of these stories, and every one of them traces back to the same cause: no method. What follows is ours, in full, so you know exactly what you are buying before you spend a dollar.
STEP 1 · WHERE HONESTY STARTS
It starts with a fast, human response: our team gets back to every inquiry within 24 hours to hear about the project and find a time that works. Then Branden walks the project with you in person, and listens before measuring anything. What comes out of that visit is a free, detailed written estimate customized to your home’s actual condition and scope, never a one-size-fits-all number.
If something does not need paint yet, we tell you. If a smaller fix solves the problem, we tell you that too.
What You Walk Away With:
STEP 2 · WHERE SURPRISES GET ELIMINATED
Before anyone opens a can, everything is decided. We help you choose colors and sheens for each surface, with samples you can judge in your own light, and product lines matched to how each room or elevation lives: washable finishes for hallways, moisture-resistant for baths, weather-tough for Michigan exteriors. If your community has HOA color guidelines, we prepare the documentation. And the schedule is built around your life, with a clear timeline and no surprises.
What Gets Locked In:
Step 3 · Craftsman Execution
This is the step you are really paying for, and the one cheap painters skip. We are restorative painters: surfaces get protected, cleaned, sanded, repaired, caulked, and primed before any color goes on, because meticulous surface prep is what makes a finish last through Michigan winters instead of one. Then premium coatings go on with sharp hand-cut lines and even coverage. Our own crews are clean and respectful of your home, and you get communication every step, never radio silence.
What Gets Locked In:
STEP 4 · WHERE DONE GETS DEFINED
When the last coat dries, the project is not finished. It is finished when you and Branden have walked every room or every elevation together, checked every line and every detail, and anything that is not right has been made right. Then the site is left cleaner than we found it, you receive our written workmanship warranty, and we stay minutes away in Farmington Hills for anything you ever need after.
